5. Extra activities :

a) Campus Programmes: We conduct extra programmes in the campus during Navarathiri festival at which time we encourage students to perform on their own on stage. We provide a Kutcheri ambience with lighting and sounds. This is mainly to develop courage to face the audience in a similar set-up.

b) Festival Celebrations Apart from academic activities, the institution celebrates festivals such as Pongal & Navarathiri in a grand manner. The celebrations present an opportunity to the student to get accustomed to folk arts and traditional games in a hands-on manner.

c) Expert Sessions: Artists from outside are also called to perform at our institute as a special stage demonstration to highlight other minute aspects that the students have to learn. These performances by experts are done as a service to the student community. This really gives an immense insight into the field of arts in the present circumstances to the students.

d) External Programmes: Whenever a good opportunity presents itself for our students to perform outside the campus we take it up and encourage the students to do a perfect job of it.
